The National Retail Federation says about half (52%) of adults in the U.S. plan to celebrate today, with total spending expected to be $21.8 billion. According to a survey, the average person will spend $164.76, which is down from $196.31 last year. The decrease is seen in spending on children’s classmates, teachers, and co-workers. #IdeaoftheDay
