If you engage temps through an agency, who’s responsible for recording work-related injuries and illnesses to OSHA: you (the host employer) or the agency (the staffing agency that pays the temps’ wages)? According to OSHA, it’s you, the host employer. Recording applies to firms with 10 or more employees unless exempt. Find more about recording responsibilities here.
