Today is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses and communities—Shop Small®. According to Verizon’s 5th Annual State of Small Business Report, small businesses are expecting a little less in-store traffic and a little more online traffic this year, but 59% anticipate an increase in sales compared to last year.
