Today is a Christian holiday. Many businesses, such as Costco, Sam’s Club, and Publix, as well as some organizations choose to close or have reduced hours today. Nonetheless, Easter sales for holiday-related merchandise (e.g., apparel, candy, gifts, decorations, food) are expected to be nearly $24 billion…above last year’s $22.4 billion according to the National Retail Federation. Some restaurants close for the holiday, while others offer special holiday menus or their regular fare. #IdeaoftheDay
