Yes, according to a survey by ResumeTemplates. Three in 10 companies have done so in 2024 and it’s expected that 38% will replace workers with technology in 2025. Looking ahead, layoffs in 2025 are likely, with only 23% of companies saying they are certain there will be no layoffs.
