A Yodle survey (you have to give your name and email to download survey results) found that 40% of consumers expect to see reviews. While 89% of consumers would post a review, only 7% have been asked. Most reviews are positive, but even if a negative review is posted, only 12% of consumers said this would make them stop doing business.
