Unfortunately, scamsters may use your personal and business information to fraudulently obtain loans or grants, putting you on the hook…especially following a federal disaster. The SBA warns you to beware and provides tips on what to look out for so you’re not fooled. For instance, the SBA only communicates from email addresses ending in @sba.gov. And if you are contacted by someone promising to get approval of an SBA loan but requires any payment up front or offers a high interest bridge loan in the interim, suspect fraud. #IdeaoftheDay
