EEOC Guidance on Religious Exemption from Mandated Vaccines

If you have or are thinking about a COVID-19 vaccine mandate in your workplace, understand when employees may be excused because of religious exemption. The EEOC updated its guidance on vaccines to include religious objections. If an employee requests an exemption, an employer must accept it unless it would cause “undue hardship.”  #IdeaoftheDay
